Anglewerks provides simulator-based coaching, training, equipment setup, and demonstrations. Simulator use — particularly motion-enabled systems — involves physical activity and inherent risks. By using our services, equipment, or participating in sessions or events, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
Assumption of risk
- You voluntarily participate in simulator activities at your own risk.
- You confirm that you are physically and medically able to participate.
- You agree to stop immediately if you feel discomfort, dizziness, nausea, pain, or disorientation.
Motion simulators
Motion platforms can generate rapid movement, vibration, and forces that may cause discomfort or injury if misused. You agree to follow all instructions, use safety equipment where provided, and notify staff of any concerns.
No medical advice
Anglewerks does not provide medical or health advice. If you have concerns about your ability to participate, consult a qualified medical professional before using simulator equipment.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anglewerks shall not be liable for any injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation in simulator sessions, coaching, events, or the use of equipment, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Equipment and property
- You are responsible for using equipment as instructed.
- Anglewerks is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, negligence, or failure to follow instructions.
- Personal belongings brought to sessions or events are your responsibility.
Minors
Participants under the age of majority must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. Additional written waivers may be required for minors.
Events and third-party venues
When operating at events or third-party venues, additional rules, waivers, or insurance requirements may apply. You agree to comply with venue policies and instructions.
Governing law
This disclaimer is governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
